Large Maple wood live edge charcuterie / cutting board. Max dimension are 27"long x 7"wide x 1"thick including handle. This board really displays the natural variations of color that maple can have, as well as some minor seams of spalting through the wood grain. Slotted hole in the handle makes for easy hanging storage. Any cracks/knots are filled with food safe epoxy. Finished with food safe blend of mineral oils and bees wax.

Care Instructions

Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Rinse well and prop up the board to dry with air flow on all sides. Leaned against a cabinet or backsplash works great.

Once you notice the texture looking dry (color lightens), or feeling a bit rough, apply a light coat of food safe mineral oil or a salad bowl finish product to all surfaces of the board when it’s air dry. Let sit at least 12 hrs and wipe away any excess oil/finish with a lent free cloth and enjoy.
